My Terms of Service
The Short
1. Prices are Non-negotiable
2. Payments are through Ko-fi. (For now)
3. I have the right to decline/cancel any commission.
4. You cannot resell my work.
5. Commissions will be in my style. Changes may not happen.
The Detailed
General:
1. All drawings may or will include a subtle sign/watermark that you may not remove.
2. I may record the drawing progress and post it.
3. Prices are subject to change based on demand.
4. I have the right to reject any order.
Payment:
1. All payment prices are listed on my commission sheet.
2. Commissions can either be paid up 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
3. Do not send any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and request you to send me the payment.
4. Payment will be through Ko-fi.(Until I find an alternative that isn't paypal because I heard that paypal scams artists out of their money. I may be wrong, but I'm just being cautious. I may make an account if that's the only way I can get paid)
Process and Delivery:
1. I will notify you when I have started on your commission.
2. I will make reviews with you and ask questions, so I make sure it’s to your liking.
3. During these reviews, you will see the work in progress. It will usually include a watermark and the resolution will usually be reduced compared to the finished piece.
4. The time it takes to finish your commission may vary depending on factors such as health, complexity of the piece, and other work.
5. If anything comes up that may slow the progress of the delivery time I will let you know as soon as I can.Note: I don't communicate much, so I won't be giving updates on progress that often and will most-likely just finish the piece, unless something comes up. I will try to update you on anything, but will most likely only be for the sketch, outline, and base colour checkpoints.
Revisions:
1. A fee will be added each time you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
2. If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. (+$5)
3. If your reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge. (+$5)Note: Know what you want and be clear with it.
Copyright/Usage Policy:
I, as the artist, reserve the full rights to use the image, and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon. I am only selling the license for you to use my artwork unless agreed otherwise.
The Buyer is allowed to:
1. Use the commissioned piece for personal use.
2. Print out the artwork.
3. Use the artwork to promote themselves. You are not obligated to give me credit when you post it, but it is appreciated.
4. Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
1. Reproducing or using the copyrighted artwork commercially - this means making money off it in any way. Whether it's real or digital currency.
2. Claiming the artwork as their own.
3. Remove any signature from the artwork.
4. Altering my work without my consent.
Note: There's not much I can do if you do this. Just don't be an asshole.
Customer Satisfaction:
1. I will do whatever I can to satisfy my customer.
2. If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece, please tell me right away.
3. I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. If you, e.g., do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.
Refund/Cancelation Policy:
1. The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.
2. If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
3. If you cancel your order before I start, you can get a full refund.
